What Everybody Ought to Know About the Vizio 37 LCD HDTV

I am proud to share my experience about upgrading and purchasing a new HDTV television set. The one I found and love is the Vizio 37 LCD HDTV. I must be honest though, at first what drew my attention to this model was the price point. I found other brands that advertised the same features but there prices were more then double the price of the Vizio. I ended up looking on the internet, reading multiple reviews and then doing a follow up at the local brick and mortar stores where I could try those hands on. Looking at a picture is alright but actually pressing the buttons is much better.

When I was researching the options I started with what fell into my price range. I then moved onto the list of available features. I did not want to purchase a TV set that would become obsolete in a couple of years. A great example of this is with DVD players. They have been around for years now but now there are Blu-Ray players that some TV’s are not compatible with. Nobody will know what the next home appliance will be, so it is best to play it safe. I love shopping for electronics when I want them, not because what I have is no longer compatible with new technologies.

I selected the Vizio HDTV 37 because the price was just awesome and the amount of features covered everything that I currently need and, more importantly, it has tons of room for the future expansion of my home entertainment system. The life expectancy of this TV is also great. It is estimated to perform and last for 50,000 hours of use over a 20 year period, while using it on average of 6 hours per day. It also will save me money by using it due to the fact that it uses 60% less energy then a conventional TV.
