Do It Right! Proper Vizio Screen Care

I am writing this article in an attempt to help other users who own a Vizio TV set, and are interested in the proper care of the Vizio screen. Please keep in mind that Vizio, along with countless other brands, offer solutions in the form of cleaning products or complete cleaning kits that advertise they are 100% safe to use for cleaning LCD TVs. (and even rear projection TVs as well). Another highly recommended item that should be purchased at or near the same time of the TV set is a cleaning cloth such as a micro fiber cloth. These will help trap dirt and debris with or without using any chemicals.

I can not stress enough the importance of using products that have been designed and created specifically for plasma, LCD or rear projection TV’s only. I have heard of people simply reaching under there kitchen sink, grabbing a Windex type cleaner or a general cleaning product , then perform a quick wipe down on the TV set only to find out about 15 minutes later that a strange fog or haze begins developing on the TV screen. This is a negative reaction caused by using chemicals that are not designed to be used on TV screens of this type. If you are in this situation, all I can recommend is contacting a repair service store at once. Do not do this when giving your Visio screen care!

Hopefully after reading this small and short list of tips you now feel confident and fully understand how to perform the proper care and steps to perform cleaning on Vizio Plasma TVs, LCD and rear projection TVs. Proper care if a Vizio screen is very simple once the proper tools are acquired. Specifically using a micro fiber cloth and more importantly selecting a cleaner that is safe for these TV sets.
